Please HELP!!! Tricycle Assembly

I was gifted a tricycle that needs assembly. I partially put together. However, I am having so many difficulties with the instructions and even cut my finger!! I swear every part is wrong! Somebody please help. I am willing to pay but my finances is low. So best offer gets the job. I have tools that came with the bike. May need addition ones.
