Looking for someone to install a new electric or gas heater (whichever is convenient) in the basement if a fixer upper property I had recently purchased. Something small is fine, come check it out. Also first payment for hot water heater of choice by me, then when job is completed job would be paid. If you don't want to be paid till after job is done please don't bother calling.
