Yes, it's all Biden's fault. It's his fault the pandemic happened (when in 2018 Trump disbanded the Global Health Security and Biodefense unit) and demand for oil outpaced production growth as economies slowly rebounded from the worst of the pandemic, leaving the market with a small buffer to mitigate an oil-supply shock. Russia is the world’s third-largest oil producer, the conflict in Ukraine leads to a substantial decrease in the flow of Russian barrels to ALL MARKETS. A tight balance between supply and demand. "In 2021, the U.S. imported an average of 209,000 barrels per day (bpd) of crude oil and 500,000 bpd of other petroleum products from Russia. Although Russian crude accounts for only three percent of U.S. crude oil imports and about one percent of total crude oil processed by U.S. refineries—Russian crude oil imports are important to refineries on the West Coast and Gulf Coast." https://www.afpm.org/newsroom/blog/oil-and-petroleum-imports-russia-explained The alternative is to keep buying oil from Russia, giving Putin the means to expand his outdated military and inflict further GENOCIDE in Ukraine. Putin said if they were coming from NATO airspace it would taken as escalating this situation. This will put Paranoid Putin in a corner. Anything close to his border is a personal threat. Once he gets in a corner he could launch nukes and start WW3. He blames everything like the Arab Springs (Middle East uprisings for democracy) and the Orange Revolution to his dictatorship as a threat. He grew up as a bully and his past ties to counter intelligence make him very volatile. It's Biden's fault huge amounts of global trade backed up west coast ports of containers causing lack of supply of goods, increasing inflation. It's Bidens fault the Ever Given got stuck in the Suez Canal causing global supply chain backups. Every president gets blame and praise for everything that happens, even though the President only makes up 1/3 of federal government.
