NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Salisbury will hold a public hearing via the Zoom online meeting platform and act on the following:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NON-UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLAN ADMINISTERED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM SO THAT EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2021 ARE REDUCED TO TWO PERCENT (2.0%) OF COMPENSATION
A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance (download the ordinance here) may be examined at www.salisburytownshippa.org or the Salisbury Township Municipal Building, 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; at the Lehigh County Department of Law, 17 S. 7th St, Allentown, PA and at the office of this newspaper during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to register to attend at www.salisburytownshippa.org.
