I was scammed yesterday on the two affordable kittens ad. This Siamese kitten ad sent me text almost exactly the same as the first party. The person said that they were at work and had a lot of texts about the kittens. If I could put down a deposit now they woukd hold the kitten for me. Stupidly I did that and sent money through Venmo. They were so convincing as they sent pictures of the kittens and asked which one I wanted. They also gave me the address of the house and Honolulu. I found out the house was empty and for sale when we went by. I am fearful that many of the current kitten ads are scams!
Do not send any electronic deposits until you meet the people and see the kittens!!!
