My name is Alyssa, I have just moved to the Waterbury area where I have just purchased my first home in an adorable neighborhood. I have been a teacher in New Haven Public schools for 4 years, while before that in a private preschool for 6 years. I have an Associates in Early Childhood Education and a Bachlores in Sociology, majoring in Social work. I currently work for The city of New Haven and the American Medical Response. I wanted to try to offer something to parents and see how it goes. I have a niece and she was babysat by a woman in Branford who was a retired teacher. She offered to watch children from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday for $30 a day. I would do weekends if it would be pre planned as I will work part time at AMR nights/weekends. I prove a warm loving home and enviorment. I am CPR certified. I will provide snacks, a lunch would need to be provided for the children. I am willing to take children ages 3 and up. I can work with you. I know times are tough, school schedules are not as flexible at this time. I will provide little educaitonal sessions thoughout the day! As we know kids learn though play!
