SHOREWOOD, IL — The Shorewood Police Department has arrested a 19-year-old Frankfort resident on charges of dealing marijuana and additional charges of being in illegal possession of two controlled substances, ecstasy and aplrazolam, court documents show. Bail has been set at $150,000 for Maccauley Juskie, who has remained in Will County's Jail since around 4 a.m. on Thursday. On Jan. 22, Juskie intended to deliver between 30 and 500 grams of marijuana in Shorewood, the criminal complaint reflects. Juskie also faces a felony charge of unlawful possession of cannabis because he had more than 100 grams but less than 500 grams of marijuana, the complaint reads. Two additional charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance indicate that Juskie was in possession of aplrazolam as well as MDMA, which is also known as ecstasy.
