Small dog for adoption - perfect for retired and apartments

Paco is a 7 year old male, 4 pound Cotonese. His owner, a single elderly lady, passed away. We took him in over the winter. We are a very active family who go out of town frequently and have a 12 year old son. Paco gets along with the entire family and our cat with no issues. Does not like electric clippers, He does not care to travel, gets anxious on car rides and around lots of activity or loud noises. He is trained to use a pee pad inside if he doesn’t get out in the yard. Paco really needs a calm environment to flourish and thrive. Retired owners or calmer stay at home adults would be best for him. Great apartment dog! We made sure all shots are up to date, rabies is due again soon. No health issues of any kind. We use Blue Buffalo wilderness and canned dog food. No special dietary requirements. Seems to enjoy the cats food equally as much. He is a 4 pound dog, so make sure the food is small enough for him to chew. We will want to interview and see his new home. He is a calm, loving, happy puppy and deserves a home to match.
