Found Female Cat

Female cat found in middle of road by the Chevron intersection on main Street. When my co-worker went to drive around her because she would not move, she ran towards his vehicle. He automatically stopped and the cat climed up under his vehicle. I have personally seen this same cat about a week or more ago also sitting in the middle of the road by Armandos Mexican Restaurant. It does not act feral. It acts really scared like it's a house cat, very sweet. Trying to find its home before we rehome it through SPCA. It does not have a chip, we checked. We are not sure if she is fixed. If the owner does not claim within a week, I plan to take her to SPCA to be rehomed.
