Small pup or apt size dog needed for disabled woman

I'm a middle aged, mobility impaired woman, living alone in a small apartment. My emotional support cat recently died, and I need a dog or puppy (no older than 4) as an emotional support animal or preferably younger to train as my psychiatric service dog. Due to my crippling depression and Ptsd,I have a really hard time getting outside. I'm on SSDI, so the less I pay on the adoption fee, the more I can spend on the dog's care. I will get pet insurance, high quality mostly raw diet, classes, toys,gear,etc. Needs: -cuddly lap dog type -smart, eager to please -quiet -15lbs or less I use a wheelchair for long distance and forearm crutches or walker for short, so I need to be able to train impeccable leash skills -I need a dog small enough to use either a puppy pad on a puppy pad tray or a dog litter box with wood pellets in the mornings or whenever I'm not able to get out of my third floor apartment quickly Please respond with a description of your dog: age,size, temperament, vet history, training, what comes with him/her,recent pictures, and rehoming fee.
