High Step Society Live at Primaltones in Newport Oregon! Primaltones Venue is proud to welcome back High Step Society! Get ready for an evening of live, Electro Swing fusion, high level musicianship, dancing and celebration! It's not too often that the central Oregon coast is blessed with music of this caliber, so come on out and get down with us! We have a great dance floor, comfortable layout, outdoor area with gas fire pit, food service from Mollies Cafe next door and we also have a basic menu in house. Our bar will be open with a variety of local micro brews, cider, wine, prosecco and hard seltzer options. We also have Kombucha on tap and other non alcohol beverages available. The kids in the band are electronic music producers as well as educated jazz musicians. Audaciously sophisticated, High Step Society is rethinking jazz with unorthodox arrangements, and bringing a touch of elegance to electronic music. Formed in 2015, they are off to a rocketship start, playing festivals and packing dance halls across the Northwest.
