The recently completed Hoen & Co Lithograph Campus and it's Center for Neighborhood Innovation (CNI) offers state-of-the-art facilities and shared resources for mission-driven entrepreneurs, non-profits, researchers, and service-providers focused on community development. CSP's neighboring 1103 N Washington Street will transform a historic tobacco warehouse and 23,000 SF of underutilized space into three levels of state-of-the-art office, utility, and retail space. The Baltimore Pumphouse will create a $26 MM, mixed-use campus supporting Maryland’s flourishing food economy and generating jobs for Baltimore City residents. Cross Street Partners & American Communities Trust will host a small gathering at the Hoen & Co Lithograph Campus with guided tours going to 1103 N Washington St and Baltimore Pumphouse.
