Karting Parts Job • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Take charge Answer and direct phone calls • Respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. • Greet and assist visitors in the show room. • Manage track memberships and storage units. • Fulfill administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. • Reply to emails, telephone calls, and face to face enquiries. • Resolve administrative problems. • Maintain showroom (wash floors, dump garbages, dust karts) • Assist in coordinating and running track events. • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms. • Update and maintain office policies and procedures. • Maintain filing system. • Assist with packing outgoing orders. • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up. • Keep front and back counter areas clean and uncluttered. • Maintains professional appearance. • Other tasks as assigned. Must possess: • Excellent interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Very effective organizational and time management skills • Commitment to customer satisfaction. • Must have computer experience including Microsoft office, email and internet. • Must be able to read and write and have the mental capacity to complete required paperwork and record. • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. • Verbal and written communication is concise, thoughtful and effective. • Excellent organization and administrative skills. • Ability to face difficult tasks and conversations. • Exemplary customer care skills. • Good analytical and problem solving skills. • Detail-orientated and multitasking skills. Education and/or Experience • Prior experience or training is preferred. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
