Heather Gwaltney, 200-hour RYT, and Adele Muir, L.Ac. Licensed Acupuncturist, are bringing you an Acu-Yin Workshop to nurture and nourish. We will focus on the Stomach and Spleen (Earth Element) meridians and organs. The Yin practice led by Heather will nurture and nourish you, and you will melt into the acupuncture treatment given by Adele, and step away more centered and better able to digest food and life experiences.
