Where DOD and Industry come together on the course April 29, 2022 Join DOD and Industry participants at Fort Belvoir Golf Club on April 29th, 2022, for a day of networking and camaraderie. Proceeds from the AFCEA Belvoir Golf Tournament will support the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund. AFCEA Belvoir’s Educational Fund awards annual merit-based scholarships to qualified students who are pursuing degrees in STEAM. The tournament is an excellent networking event and there will be fun and prizes for the golf. The tournament is a Captain’s Choice (Best Ball) event and provides opportunities for golfers of all levels to participate and contribute. Participants will enjoy playing one of the finest military courses in the world, beverages during play, and a BBQ dinner! Our shotgun start is at 1000 on the beautiful grounds of the Fort Belvoir Golf Course (registration and driving range begin at 0830). A continental breakfast and on-course beverage carts will be provided. The tournament will include golf challenges such as Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. Sponsorship Opportunities PLATINUM Event Co-Host Sponsorship $5000 (2) Co-host the tournament with AFCEA and see your company name and logo co-branding the event: on Welcome Banner and in all event messaging. Includes a foursome of players; a designated table at registration and post-round for your company representative to speak with participants. Includes special signage on your golf carts to identify your company as co-host of the event. Co-host will have the opportunity to participate in the awards presentation and say a few words about your company. This sponsorship offers significant support to our chapter scholarship program.
