You habitually move away from the present moment by regretting the past or worrying about the future so we practice the art of mindful living.

- Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)
SCHEDULE
Part 1: Mindful Hike
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!
Part 2: Guided Meditation
Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.
Part 3: Open Discussion
We'll end the session with a discussion about meditation and wellness.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
