Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as Brooke leads you through a deeply restorative and transformational sound bath experience. You will be “bathed” in the rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to permeate the mind and body, bringing all systems back into balance. This 90-minute experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to activate every cell in your being. We will end with a tea ceremony to slowly bring ourselves back and integrate our experience before re-entering into the world. This deeply relaxing experience is total bliss.
