we install above ground pools, its actually easy form of construction, looking to fill 2 positions we arrive at a different jobsite every day, you will; act like a professional load our hand tools needed in bobcat bucket while boss speaks to customer and plans the location eventually if capable you will drive bobcat to backyard, while boss grades for pool you will; unpack boxes, set up hand tools, plug in bat.guns, set up transit, do some very easy pre-assembly, drilling/screws assist in setting patio blocks, setting up garden hose, maybe running a small plate compactor, assemble skimmer, laying out parts, its not tremendously physical, basically preparing everything for the next steps the boss does the vast majority of shoveling and preparing the sand bottoms what i need is people that can read a tape measure 1/4",1/8",1/16". my main man needs a drivers license to drive a small dump truck to site every day, no special rating required i am generous to pay what you are worth. what that means is; if your just starting out in const and have no references.. 20-22 per hr. but you must show up!!! hard worker, keeps busy, learns/catches on, proven to be mechanically inclined..dependable.22-24 per hr const experienced with reference, problem solver,righthand man, dump truck and load experience, likes to get the job done to finish early day and be paid for 8 hrs.......25-30 per hr normal pool days take from 5 hrs to 9 hrs.........from shop back to shop in carver... show up every day,excuses for not showing up or calling, you will be terminated 5 day workweek, unless you want a bonus saturday worth 300-400,, usually only a small quik pool i will know how capable your work ethics are within days you must be somewhat local to carver or plymouth county, we start in april if interested, you can call me, email me, but i must meet you in person to have a conversation, i am available all the time texts will be deleted-dont waste your time or mine
