All of our spirits are distilled from organically grown crops grown in the rich organic soil of Louisiana, Jalisco Mexico or the Western Reserve - the namesake of our family owned distillery.  We are committed to local sourcing and supporting sustainable agricultural practices.  We also recycle our mash byproducts back to the farm, which completes the circle of organic farming and helps to demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable future. Please note ultra premium products are not included in the ticket price but are available for an extra fee. Due to the fact that we will be touring a beverage production facility, the following policy must apply to persons who are attending our tour. Proof of vaccination must be presented before being allowed to enter the production area. This could be in the form of a scanned document, photo, MyChart confirmation, vaccination card or another proof of vaccination.Vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks at this time but are welcome to do so .If you are an unvaccinated guest and do not have proof of a negative COVID test within the past 48 hours unfortunately you can not enter the production facility.
