Four Course Beer Dinner Pairing. All courses will be cooked and paired with beer.
First Course:
#1 Belgian Endive Salad
Belgian endives with poached apple purée, candied walnuts, & whipped herbed goat cheese. Dressed with “Boon Framboise” Vinaigrette.
Second Course:
#2 Thai Inspired Rabbit
Slow cooked in our house brewed “Barr Hill Belgian Blonde” with Kaffir leaves, lemongrass, ginger, & spices. Served with a “Thai Kissed” Belgian Waffle.
Third Course:
#3 Rochefort Carbonnade
Slow braised sirloin with caramelized onions, leeks, bacon, & spices. Cooked in “Rochefort 8 Trappist Ale.” Served w/ Purple Japanese potato chips tossed in House-made Chinese mustard powder.
Fourth Course:
#4 Darkest Hour Trifle
Belgian Chocolate cake made with our house brewed “Darkest Hour Imperial Stout.” Layered w/ House-made Speculoos Cream, Tart Cherry, & Raspberry jam
