Monthly Circle for Families & Folks who want Support + Community En Círculo is a monthly circle for mamás, folks who want support and/or women who simply want to be in community, be heard and seen in a safe environment during this time of change and awakening with our Madre Tierra. We thrive in comunidad and our healing space is safe to share and learn to connect with our sacred hearts, elements and the love of our ancestors. This month's theme, Reset & Reconnect: Spring into self-care w/ el Rebozo Our host + guest speaker, Irasema Reza Bailey, will be talking about the cosmovision of the rebozo and go over brief history and the importance of self-care using this unique cloth. This is an opportunity to give yourself permission to reset and learn practices of self-care for your wellbeing. We are not alone and when we reconnect with others, the elements, and with our mind, body and spirit, we allow space in subconscious mind to evolve. After circle, join us for an optional vegetarian lunch & herbal remedy.
