Lost between Moscow, Idaho and Spokane,Washington on I beleive hwy 271 that goes from hwy 95 through Palouse to hwy 195 to Spokane. Lost a easy lift for mobility scooters, it is black and fully electric. This is very much needed, should anyone find it, many will be grateful. And God Bless
