Get Recruited at the 2022 Lone Star Recruiting Combine (Austin) - April 14th - Video Recorded and College Coach Attended. The Lone Star Recruiting Combine - AUSTIN, in partnership with the Adidas Lone Star Classic National Qualifier, will be held on April 14th at the Austin Convention Center and is open to any 8th grade and high school age player, regardless if they are participating in the Lone Star National Qualifier or not.     Please Note - Female Players Only! The Lone Star Recruiting Combine AUSTIN will be a Video Recorded and College Coach Attended Combine. The Video Recording and Player Contact Info will be sent to EVERY college volleyball program in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico! The Player's name will be on a registered list, and at Combine check in, each player will be given a bib #, so college coaches can easily match player and contact information - Seniors will noted for quick identification for college coaches.  Players should wear normal volleyball practice gear (no need to wear uniforms or shirts with a number on them).   Volleyball players will be divided by position and graduation year to allow attending college coaches to efficiently evaluate them. Multiple courts will be used at the Kay Austin CC, with each court having a "court coach", to allow players to showcase their skills sets to the college coaches. The court coaches will put the players through volleyball drills within their specific positions, along with combining positions to illustrate group skill sets.   Parents are not allowed into the Combine, per the request of the college coaches - This allows the players to focus on skills and the college coaches to focus on evaluations, along with providing a clean recording environment.
