The Fairy Godmother's Closet is an outreach ministry that provides formal attire for female Joy Prom guests free of charge. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO FILLING OUT AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST: 1). INDIVIDUAL GUESTS: Please just register for 1 "ticket" for the guest that is registered for Joy Prom. Guest caregivers do not need a ticket for The Fairy Godmother's Closet. 2) GROUP HOME GUESTS: Please select the number of "tickets" on the first page that correlates with the number of guests that you will be bringing to try on dresses. This will allow you to enter all of their information in at on time. 3) All questions with a red star beside them MUST be answered before it will allow you to request an appointment for your guest. Once all questions are answered, the registration button will light up and you can complete the registration process.
