Join us for a very special, full moon, beach yoga class, led acoustically by Chuck Rogers! Let the countdown begin! Be sure to bring a beverage, a blanket or chair to enjoy the moonlight after class. Invite your friends and family. No experience necessary. This class is all about new beginnings and honoring your heart, mind and soul. The focus of our full moon classes will be on relaxation and rejuvenation, as we move into a brand new moon cycle. Please bring any props that you would like to make you comfy. Pillows, blocks, blankets... etc. Special Time: 6:30 pm (class time)- 7:45 pm, followed by full moon meditation, photos, and friendship.
