Party Agenda, Theme, Food, Covid-19 Policy & Magic princess artist policy - Please READ carefully! Party Agenda: 11:00- 11:15 Set up and Check in 11:15-12:00 Playground + magic princess body painting & ballon twisting time 12:00-13:00 Lunch + magic princess body/face painting & ballon twisting time 13:00 -13:15 Cake cutting time 13:15 - 14:45 Freestyle game time 14:45-15:00 Clean up and Check out Theme: Peppa pig & friends! Food: food & drinks will be provided at the party, please notify us (Charlotte's parents) in advance (at least one week before the party) if any food allergy or sensitivities COVID-19 Policy - We will do everything we can to make sure we comply with Covid safety guidelines, while still have everyone enjoy the party the BEST! Please wear mask while not eating (except for kids under 2 years old) (we will provide some spare face masks for adults and kids at the party)Temperatures may be checked upon arrival Please keep 6-feet distance with the rest of party attendants (except for your own family members) while eating Hand sanitizer/Disinfectant spray will be provided at the party, but please feel free to bring your own sanitizer if your kids are allergic to generic hand sanitizer/70% alcohol sprayMost importantly, if your kid(s) are not feeling well (i.e. fever, cough, runny nose, etc.) in the morning on the date of party, please keep him/her/them at home until all symptoms are cleared How to register: Please click the REGISTER button and select the number of headcount from your family that will show up in the party. Policy & Waiver/Disclaimer for playing with the costume charactered artist- Please READ carefully!! Artist will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose, or anyplace she does not feel comfortable in painting. Artist will not paint any design or wording that is obscene, offensive or any designs Artist is not comfortable in painting.We (Charlotte's parents) and the Artist are NOT liable for allergic reactions to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either NOT participate, or have the Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the party. For safety reasons, artists will not paint children under 2 years old. For sanitary reasons, artists will not paint anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds. Artists will use reasonable care, but are not responsible for damage to clothing or property. We (Charlotte's parents) and the Artists will NOT supervise children. Their behavior and safety is each Parents’ responsibility. Small children should NOT be allowed to hold balloons. Putting balloons in the mouth can result in death. Please supervise children of all ages very carefully with balloons.Covid Safety Guidelines: The artist we hired for the party is fully vaccinated + will show us her negative COVID-19 testing proof within 24 hours prior to the party.The magic princess artist will come wearing face mask, if you prefer her to take the mask off, please simply ask the artist if she is comfortable to do so, however the artist is not obligated to take off her face mask as her safety and the safety of the guests is our number one priority.The artist will wear gloves while playing games with kids, and we have planned some Covid safe game options. Instead of face painting we suggest arm and hand painting and glitter tattoos so we don't get too close to faces. By registering the party, you are acknowledged that you will follow all of the party policies and accept the waivers/disclaimers as listed in the party details.
