Nourish with: Community, Slow Flow Yoga, Simple + Wholesome Cooking Class, Reflection + Sharing, Ayurvedic Tips + Tricks for Spring, & MORE! Come "Take Care," and join us for a one-day retreat designed to nourish & inspire you for the season to come. We will move, cook, eat, reflect, share and have a good time. We will set intentions for the season to come, as well as prepare our hearts and bodies with simple techniques to help us find more ease & the empowerment to continue to TAKE CARE and NOURISH ourselves regularly. So many of us are working hard and tending to others but this event is planned with so much intention and love to give back to YOU. We can only ever give from a full cup, and this retreat is designed to fill you right up, leaving you feeling a sense of stability, clarity and empowerment to keep tending + taking care of yourself. We will have discussions around stress and science backed ways to bring you to a state of calm. You will leave with doable practices to incorporate in your daily life. We will explore in the kitchen using farm fresh veggies from the garden and chat about in ways to make cooking both more simple and more enjoyable. You do NOT have to be a yoga practitioner to participate. All practices will be designed for all levels, bodies, and genders. This event is hosted at Tucson Village Farm, an abundant space with lush veggies and a gorgeous Catalina Mountain view.
