Hops & Flow Metal Beer Yoga at Little Cottage Brewery Who says yoga can't be metal?! Join us at Little Cottage Brewery every third Saturday for a yoga flow class set to some of your favorite metal bands while sipping one of their tasty beers! This 60-minute class is $15 and includes your yoga class and first beverage! Please bring your mat, a towel, and some water! Come early to snag a spot, grab your beer, and get ready to rock!
