Napa-inspired Luxury Wine & Food Experience My name is Whitney Hughley & I am currently enrolled at the Napa Valley Wine Academy studying WSET courses to become a certified Sommelier. I will be hosting monthly wine & gourmet food tasting experiences once-a-month, similar to the tastings conducted in Napa Valley, CA. Phoenix has tons of wine-based events, memberships, etc. but no one hosts wine pairings with gourmet food options & high quality wines... Until now. I am a Boisset Collection Ambassador; a majority of wines will come from Boisset Owned Vineyards, including John Legend's wine (his Rose will be in the Rose flight). Please come join me, Friday, May 20th for my inaugural luxury wine & gourmet food tasting experience. All gourmet foods will be supplied by AJ's Fine Foods & additional catering is provided by Starcuterie Boards. This is a VIP event & tickets are limited. Our palates are not the same. You will choose the wine flight of your choice at the time of booking. Each flight will have a designated table. You will receive a separate email to make us aware of any food allergies. The following flights will be available during the tasting: Red Flight - This flight will be a variety of red wines. Examples include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec. White Flight - This flight will be a variety of white wines. Examples include: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Viognier. Rose Flight - *NOTE* Rose would usually be included in the white flight, however, Napa is one of the top wine regions for Rose so I wanted to create a special flight just for Rose. After the inaugural experience, Rose will be included in the white flight during monthly experiences; Sparkling wine will be the other flight offered after the inaugural. Dessert Flight - This flight will be a variety of dessert wines. Examples include: Moscato d’Asti, Riesling, Sherry, Port. **If purchasing multiple tickets** Your palate may not be the same as the person you are attending with. Please be considerate in purchasing the flight that best suits your needs & theirs. Also, the foods that will be paired with each flight are gourmet; I ask that you are open-minded to improve your palate. You will also receive a complimentary gift bag with wine swag! There will be plenty of street parking available surrounding the venue as well as security for the event as it is prime time Friday evening.
