In this 60 minute immersive experience, you will release tension from the body, open and calm the mind through guided breathwork, and fall deep into meditative bliss. Hello! My name is Jessica and I am a Meditation + Yoga Instructor and I love creating a safe space for others to journey inward to discover and honor the depths of their inner world. We incorporate restorative yoga poses, guided breathwork, as well as a concluding guided meditation for a well-rounded experience that will leave you in a deep meditative state. Whether you are brand new to meditation or have a strong practice of your own, this experience will be one that will empower you to turn inward to release tension from the body, the central nervous system, and uncover the deepest depths of yourself. In this class, I'll guide you through: -30 minutes of restorative yoga postures -8-10 minutes of guided, intentional breathwork -20 minutes of guided meditation, concluding with 5-7 minutes of sound healing What to bring: -If you need props such as a strap or yoga blocks, please bring them with you! -Water bottle -An open mind and an open heart :) *Mats, blankets and bolsters can be provided* I can't wait to connect with you and hold space for you as you embark on this journey inward.
