This slow paced Yin Yoga class is perfect for all athletic levels. Intentional stretching and meditation will allow you the space to quite your mind and really feel into your body. Held at the south mountain preserve the beautiful scenery will only add to the serine experience.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and water. It may be a little chilly in the morning so a light jacket is advisable. A limited number of mats will be available for purchase.
