Ecstatic Dance For Everybody!!! Join us for a fun night of ecstatic dance in a judgement free environment on Saturday April 2nd between 7pm-9pm! Dance is a powerful way to channel emotions through the body, release negative energy and experience meditation through movement. Come connect with others in a space completely free of judgment. The goal of ecstatic dance is to experience joy, express emotions, and make room for playful time in your day. Exercise your body, your creativity, your mind and your spirit. You don’t have to know how to dance, ecstatic dance is for everybody!!!
