Press release from Rockford Public Schools: The Those Who Excel program recognizes employees who demonstrate excellence in their jobs and go above and beyond their regular duties. The annual awards banquet was canceled last April because of the ongoing pandemic. Teachers, staff and volunteers were recently honored, and they were also recognized by Channel 23WIFR.
