Press release from the City of South Bend: March 17, 2022 Starting Tuesday, March 22, Dubail Avenue from High to Miami streets will close to install underground infrastructure and reconstruct curbs and sidewalks for the Dubail Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project. Detour routes for the Dubail Avenue closure will be High and Miami streets via Indiana Avenue or Dayton Street. The street is expected to reopen end of day Monday, April 4, weather permitting.
