The Oklahoma City Parks & Recreation Department is hiring hundreds of seasonal employees to staff aquatic centers, recreation centers, camps, athletic programs and more this summer.
Applicants ages 16 and older are encouraged to pre-apply at okc.gov/careers and attend one of three job fairs being held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the following days, at the Pete White Health & Wellness Center, 4021 S. Walker Ave:

Lifeguard, $10.50/hrLifeguard Supervisor/$15/hrFacility Supervisor $15/hrAquatics Facility Staff $9.75/hrCamp Counselor $8.25/hrAthletic Field & Gym Assistant $8.25/hrAthletic Field & Gym Supervisor $15/hr Incentives may include sign-on and referral bonuses, hourly pay increases per month and an end-of-season bonus.

The Oklahoma City Department of Parks & Recreation manages 5 aquatic centers, 11 recreation centers, 3 senior centers, 3 event centers and 3 sports complexes. In addition to the 170 parks and over 5,000 acres that are maintained every day.
