Park District Program Bridges Gap Until School Starts

For parents who weren't planning for an extended summer vacation, the Plainfield Park District has them covered until the kids head back to the virtual classroom on Aug. 31. Scout's Countdown to the Classroom gives children a fun, safe place to spend the remainder of their summer vacation playing games and doing activities with friends. Countdown to the Classroom sessions will run the weeks of August 10, August 17, and August 24 from 8:30a-4:30p at the Prairie Activity & Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Rd.
