looking for someone to install 6 inch wafer LED ceiling lights

Hi, I am looking for someone to install 6 inch wafer (see photo from amazon) LED ceiling lights (4 in the dining room, 8 in the living room, 4 in the bedroom, 2 in the bathroom, total 18 wafer lights...see photos of the ceiling) and connect it to the existing light switch. I want a dust bowl (see photo from amazon) to be used during installation to reduce dust in the house. Ceiling is 10 feet high. Preferably, the work is started very early in the morning. I will pay $1800 for the work (includes both parts & labor) via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or cash. You will need to buy the wafer lights, and bring tools, high ladder (ceiling is 10 feet high), and supplies. Ideal candidate will have installed wafer lights in the past, and is very comfortable with electrical work, and has an necessary tools including a ladder that can reach 10 feet high ceiling.
