I am looking to hire somebody that is competent, detail oriented and has some sort of ambition to be better. I need someone that is WILLING to put any ego aside to learn professional tile setting, proper grouting and kitchen/ bathroom remodel. (Will know) *If you smoke weed on clients property or think that is ok. * Show up high and or smelling like weed or think that is ok. *If you think DRINKING or being drunk at work is ok. *If you don't show up on time. *If you lie about your skillset. (ABSOLUTELY WILL KNOW) *Have felonies (will check) *IF you are on your phone at work other than to check on family and communicate with me. *If you steal from people's client's! (You WILL BE PROSECUTED) *IF YOU DON'T own any hand tools, drills, driver, impact. *If you bring any home drama to work and make the client suffer on quality because you are fighting with your baby momma.
