Enjoy working outdoors? Are you reliable & responsible? Then Harbour Homeowners Pool Technician is an excellent opportunity to work outdoors. Previous Pool experience is not required. Training will be provided. The Pool Technician is a part-time, seasonal position from May to Mid-September and offers stable hours and flexible days, average of 20 hours/week. Hourly rate: $15.00. Pool Technician Responsibilities: •Conduct opening and monitoring of two pools •Check pool water pH level and report irregularities immediately •Skim the pool to clean the surface •Set up/take down umbrellas •Straighten pool furniture •Ensure the pool deck is kept clean of garbage and debris •Water the plants on the pool deck •Ensure all tools are put away when not in use •Clean bathrooms and ensure supplies are stocked •Assist Property Manager with duties as necessary •Providing excellent customer service Qualifications: •Must have a valid Driver's License •Ability to communicate effectively •Ability to work a flexible schedule of mornings, weekends, and holidays •Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, twisting, repetitive motion, heavy lifting, ability to work in variable weather conditions
