Rehoming tabby cat

I have a cat that will be about 2 years old April 4th. She isn’t spayed and needs updated on vaccines. She is picky with people and would do best as a farm cat/ indoor outdoor cat. She was taken in as a stray on a busy road when she was about 4 weeks old. Asking a $25 rehoming fee to ensure she will be in a good home. Only rehoming her because we have kids and she is very stressed out around them.
