Spring Cleanup and Ongoing Maintenance

A variety of work available for ambitious handyman/woman. Typical yard cleanup, some light planting, weeding, bagging and trimming. Full days work can be expected, from time to time. Other odd jobs will likely pop up, including some house cleanup, etc., but not a requirement. Must have self transportation to central Edgewater. Your schedule can be flexible, but no "after work" scheduling available. Weekends OK. Please few smoke/vape breaks and limited cell phone delays. Very friendly home owners. Need hard working attitude. If you no-show or work poorly, you will immediately be terminated. Rate is $20 per hour paid daily. That equates to $160 per 8 hours. Please provide a few references, such as past clients who know your work style and results.
