To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must possess valid driver’s license, preferably CDL. • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check. • Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written. • Must be able to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time and must be able to push/pull, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and crawl frequently. • Exposed to fumes, airborne particles and/or caustic chemicals - may require use of a respirator. • Moderate noise levels in this working environment. • Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • Occasional odd hours, nights and weekends. Work includes: Managing the day-to-day operations of yard and chemical requirements. Responsible for proper care and assignment of all equipment including but not limited to: lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaw, small tractors, forklifts. Scheduling, supervising and conducting chemical transfers to tankers and storage tanks and properly documenting all transfers, inventory and timeliness of all product movement. Supervising assigned yard hands based on qualifications of each hand to achieve the requirements of the management. Applications will only be taken in person.
