Commercial Waterproofer / Caulker (Spokane) compensation: based on experience employment type: full-time Looking for experience skilled installer for of commercial waterproofing systems and architectural caulking Waterproofing: Should have experience with installing self adhered sheet membranes, bentonite waterproofing, fluid applied waterproofing, and fluid applied dampproofing. Will also be required to install sheet and fluid applied air barriers on occasions. Caulker: Should have experience with caulking masonry and concrete control/expansion joints, concrete slab on grade, metal panels to masonry, metal panel joints, and window frames to masonry/concrete. Weekly Pay Pay will be determined on experience, attitude, and detailed work. Mon-Fri Based in Spokane and mostly service eastern WA and northern ID. Must Have: Tool Belt Basic Tools ( Hammer, Tape, Utility Knife, Slickers, Caulk Gun, Ect) Good Attitude ReliableTransportation Valid Drivers License
