We are seeking a Grounds Crew Associate to join our team at Sunset Hills Memorial Park located in Bellevue, WA. The associate's activities will primarily include but are not limited to: * Maintaining the overall appearance of the cemetery and funeral home (removing spent flowers & Emptying trash) * Identifying and excavating grave spaces according to company standards * Set outer burial containers; set up graveside committal services including tents, chairs, casket lowering devices, & artificial grasses. * Assemble & install flush and upright memorials *Conduct interments with the utmost respect, dignity, and compassion Qualifications: •Prefer Backhoe / Tractor Experience, but not required. •Must be able to operate small engines, hand tools (ie. chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, pressure washers, etc.) •Must be a team player by effectively working with others to accomplish tasks •Requires the ability to show respect and sensitivity toward client families while working in a physically demanding environment •Must be able to lift 100lbs •Must be able to work weekends when needed. •Must be able to pass a drug test and background investigation •Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid Washington State driver's license *Currently this shift is 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday *Resumes will be accepted until the job is filled.
