Male red Tegu- experienced owner

I have a male red tegu to rehome, originally paid 450 for him and he came to us with a massive burn on his back, it took 3 months to heal but is now just a scar, he is also missing toes and has a hard time shedding on his toes and the tip of his tail had been cut off but healed already before we got him, it just looks like a raspberry on the end now, toes are the main issue, I don't have time to care for him properly and am looking for an experienced tegu owner who would know how to care for him and fix the toe issue, he's also a very picky eater and I've had a hard time putting weight on him. Again an experienced owner should know how to fix that (I have other reptiles but he was my first tegu), he has a ton of personality and was previously allowed to free roam the house with the dogs and never had any issues, he would go back to his open cage to eat, drink, and bask, since moving into a smaller house he hasn't been able to come out anymore and has gotten a bit more grumpy, he did bite once but it was a nice warning bite when he gently bit down and immediately let go so hes not not aggressive or anything he will let you know if he doesn't like something, I hate to give him up hes a really great lizard but I know he'd be much happier if he could come out again and have more time dedicated to his care, I'm asking 2oo to try and get back some of what I paid for him and the cage which I bought separately but it would be included with him, cage is about 6'×2'×2' I think, it has a basking platform, heat lamp on top and USB inside
