A total of 11 floor tiles need to be replaced on rental property. Area 1: There are loose tiles in one area. These tiles are going in a row leading up to the closet. 8 full tiles plus 2 small tiles at closet entrance need to be replaced. You will need to cut 2 tiles to size. Area 2: In the second area there is one floor tile in hallway is just chipped and needs to be replaced. All materials will be supplied. You will need to remove the tile on floor and place new tile on there as well as grout. Must have your own equipment to do job. Respond with a quote to do job and your experience. Replies without a quote will not be responded to. There will be no viewing of the location and giving a quote because this is a smaller and not a large job.
