Easy and Small Landscaping job 15x5ft

I’m looking for help for a small landscaping job on Sunday, March 20th. It’s to remove and replace dirt from the garden strip across from a town house - 15x5 feet. I need about 4-6 inches of existing dirt and weeds dug up and disposed of. Then I need new soil picked up from Home Depot (I will pay for the dirt). Tools needed are - pick up truck, shovel, edger. Likely a relatively quick job.
