Hello My band Soundwaves is looking for a new keyboard player for a few upcoming gigs. Soundwaves is comprised of myself on sax, Andrew Bilbrey on drums and Noah Pierre on bass (of the band Munk), Wes Anderson on guitar (formerly of Fiction 20 Down, 311 collaborator) Soundwaves seeks to combine instrumental improvisational funk of Galactic, The Meters, and Soulive and combine it with the modern rock guitar sounds of Incubus, 311 and Rage Against the Machine. Attached is a current sample of our work, produced by Nate Lanzino, and featuring Chris Brooks from Lionize on the keys. Our first four gigs were opening for Thumpasarus at the Ottobar, playing a bill with multiple artists at Zen West in Towson, opening for Chris Timbers Band at the Pocket in DC, and playing a local showcase at the Baltimore Soundstage. Upcoming gigs include opening for FT Blindman at Zen West in Towson.
