Looking to live with guitarist to write

Looking for a guitarist from the age of 30-35 to live in my second bedroom as a roommate - I take music very seriously and want to eventually do song-writing for a living. I will work on solo stuff as well but want to be making as much music as possible. Please no solicitors. Pets allowed, smoking allowed in certain areas, I do not drink but you can just no ragers please. I live a reasonably quiet lifestyle, but I do usually have music going even when I do mundane tasks. I work part-time but can pay all my bills with a good track record. I'm 30 myself, have to move to a house in around 6 months when my lease is up. If it works out, we can move together if not you'll have to find a new roommate (so it's a guaranteed escape if we don't work).
