Punch list/Finish Crew Needed

Looking for a 1-2 member crew to finish a 3 story renovation. Work includes: Finish prepping walls for paint finish and apply two coats of paint throught Caulk throughout enire unit( 3 floors where needed) Grout tile walls and floors and caulk around fixtures Touch up pvc floor imperfections ( corner bead, camouflage imperfections) Stain wood floors( already sanded) and paint risers. Misc touchups needed to deliver unit turnkey. We prefer to pay a day rate. Please reply with compensation requirements. Can send video of current conditions via What'sapp. Text for interest
